As Senior Financial Strategy Consultant, Chad Hueffmeier has joined Mercer with focus on pension risk management and pension risk transfer (“PRT”) solutions. Chad began his role on June 15th and is based in Mercer’s Chicago office. He joined Mercer after working in pension risk management groups at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Towers Watson, and Buck Consultants.
Bringing 20 years of experience with group annuity placements for defined benefit plan terminations and PRT settlement strategies, Gina Hughes joins Mercer from Dietrich & Associates. With Mercer, Gina is acting as the project manager and annuity placement specialist for PRT opportunities and defined benefit plan terminations. Gina began her role on June 3rd and is affiliated with Mercer’s New York City office.
Melissa Latore-Moore joins Mercer Investments from AIG. Melissa has more than 10 years’ experience in the PRT business, primarily focused on defined benefit pension plan underwriting and pricing, as well as annuity placement workflow management and overseeing aspects of insurer annuity operations, compliance and administration. As an annuity placement specialist, Melissa will develop and market Mercer’s annuity placement and due diligence services for Mercer’s PRT business. Melissa joined Mercer on June 15, working from Mercer’s New York City office.
Grace McAdam has been hired to advise clients on matters related to investment performance and risk, policy and governance of institutional assets. Joining July 6, Grace works from Mercer’s Toronto office. Previously, Grace was with Aon Hewitt.
