Reservation cancellations received within 30-16 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night stay of each reservation cancelled.
Reservation cancellations received within 15 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay of each reservation cancelled.
Note that 30 days prior to arrival date, full deposit will be charged to the individual credit card provided.

For the purposes of the Global Investment Forums, an asset owner[1] is a client or contact of Mercer who is an executive, board member or other key decision-maker of a retirement plan, wealth management firm, insurer, endowment, foundation, government agency or similar entity. Asset owners are invited to register for this event free of charge.
The asset manager registration fee for this event is USD 12,500 for one attendee[2]. Registration includes attendance at the asset manager briefing, main event presentations and specialized breakout sessions, keynote conversations and up to five one-to-one 30 minute meetings with Mercer’s research and investments specialists. You also have the opportunity to attend the networking sessions and make new professional connections with hundreds of other attendees.
