Terms and Conditions 

  • All delegates must represent the conference’s target audience.
  • Mercer reserves the right to reject registrations from companies with conflicts of interest or delegates who do not fit the target profile.
  • Registrations from delegates in commercial roles will not be accepted.
  • By registering, your name and company will be included in the participant list shared with attendees via our mobile app.
  • Each group participant must register individually and apply the discount code to ensure proper grouping and billing.

You have the option to pay by credit card in USD or select an invoice in USD or local currency for bank transfer payment.

  • Mercer will not be liable for special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or any damages arising from or related to the conference or the use or access to related content. If Mercer is found responsible for any damages, their total liability will not exceed the participation fees paid by you for the conference, as permitted by law.
  • We reserve the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the format, schedule, location, and content of the conference, as well as to substitute speakers at any time without prior notice. Conference topics are subject to change as the agenda develops.
  • The conference and its content may contain opinions and viewpoints of the speakers that do not necessarily reflect the policies or official positions of any other person, agency, organization, employer, or company, including Mercer. Mercer assumes no responsibility for the opinions or views of speakers or others at the conference.
  • Mercer may collaborate with third parties, including insurers, to sponsor the conference.   • Any booking or accommodation agreement is between you and the hotel and is subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties. Mercer will not be responsible or liable for such bookings or disputes arising from cancellations or absences.

  • By registering, you give us permission to share your personal data with the event platform provider.
  • Mercer may take photographs/videos during the conference.   • Cancellations received before April 29, 2026, will be fully refunded.
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows on the day of the conference.
  • Participants may substitute a colleague at any time before the conference begins.
