    For over a decade, Mercer has conducted an annual survey of compensation levels and practices for investment management positions representing 1,022 incumbents and 91 private foundations and educational endowments.

    During this webcast, we will highlight the most recent survey findings on salary increases and incentive plan design practices, including incentive opportunities (risk/reward leverage), performance measures and their weighting, performance measurement and mandatory deferrals. We’ll also discuss how 2018 findings compare with findings from 2008 to see what developments have occurred over the last 10 years.

    We’ll also share highlights from Mercer’s cross-industry research on strategies for creating a thriving work force.

    Last but not least, we will cover the latest on the implications of the Tax Reform Act.
