April 2016 will bring about one of the most significant changes to the pension scheme industry in many years, as State Pension reform signals the end of Contracting-Out.
All Contracted-Out reconciliation work must be completed by the end of 2018, following which HMRC support will be significantly reduced and schemes will effectively be left to manage contracting-out liabilities on their own.
