Mrs. Heather Frank, Sr. Advisor, Regional HR Lead Integrations has worked in the HR field under progressing roles for over 14 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources with an emphasis in Employee and Labor Relations from Penn State University.
During her HR career Mrs. Frank has held various HR roles where she has implemented and created HR policies and procedures, participated in all aspects of M&A integrations, conducted Employee Relations investigations, managed Labor relations relationships including leading US Union negotiations and most recently lead the US integrations and Global Time and Absence implementation for the Elanco acquisition of Bayer Animal Health. With more than 20 years in the Financial Services industry, Linda leads the Future Of Work (FoW) practice in DBS. As the FoW program director, her mission is to evolve DBS into the best workplace for all employees – continuously transforming DBS’ functional capabilities, policies, and mindsets to enrich working lives. “Achieve More Frustrate Less” is the motto behind her team’s passion to make DBS a better workplace.
Linda’s journey with DBS began with the Consumer Banking Group, where she managed and transformed customer experiences in branch banking and specific products like mortgages and insurance. Through her visionary leadership, DBS’ branch operating model was digitalized and redesigned to enhance both customer and employee experiences. A Partner in the firm, Godelieve van Dooren is Mercer’s Regional Industry Leader for Asia-Pacific, focusing on High Tech and Consumer Goods / Retail as well as Mercer’s Benefits Products & Services.
She leads several industry forums comprising of leading High Tech, e-commerce/Internet, FMCG and Retail companies and serves as the regional account manager for large Consumer Goods and High Tech accounts across MMC. Godelieve also leads Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for Mercer in the ASEAN countries and supports organizations in implementing D&I policies in the region.
In her previous roles at Mercer, she has led Mercer’s insights and products business across 8 countries in ASEAN, and also served as the Mercer Malaysia country manager. She was also responsible for starting Mercer’s Asia Pacific Employee Benefits product line and for expanding Mercer’s benefits surveys and related benchmarking and benefits valuation consulting across the region.
Before joining Mercer in 2007, Godelieve worked as a senior consultant with a leading consulting firm in the Netherlands, specializing in benefits design and consulting. She has led many projects for multinational companies on HR issues concerning human resource strategies, performance management and development of reward schemes focusing on (flexible) benefits plans.
Godelieve holds a MA in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Before joining Mercer, he worked at PwC as the HR M&A Leader for Mexico and Latin America as well as for the London Consulting Group and Grupo Vitro in different HR areas such as payroll, human development, training, Organizational Development and the SAP implementation.

Luzia Fink is a Principal and joined Mercer | Promerit in 2014. She studied psychology and intercultural competencies and is a certified systemic business coach. She has great communication skills and is very experienced in leading projects on a global level. Kate is a senior principal at Mercer and the firm’s Global Mobility Practice Leader for the UK and Ireland. Kate has worked in professional services organisations for more than 19 years, supporting multinational clients in managing their internationally mobile workforces. Kate has advised clients with operations worldwide and across a variety of industries, including technology, mining, FMCG, life sciences, E&C and professional services.
Kate has worked with multinational clients on aligning talent with global mobility strategy, developing and implementing mobility programmes, and designing expatriate compensation structures, including living wage methodology. Her projects have run the gamut from stakeholder engagement to global mobility function redesign and outsourcing to technology implementation.
Kate also designed and delivers Mercer Learning’s Global Mobility training courses for specialists at the advisor, manager and senior manager/director levels.

Gordon consults across many aspects of the Career business and has extensive experience advising boards of directors and senior management on the design of total rewards and talent management programmes that align and engage people and teams to achieve superior business results.
Gordon first joined Mercer in 2000 and has been based in both Canada and the US. His consulting experience covers a broad spectrum of industries, with clients ranging from pre-IPO start-ups to global Fortune 100 companies. He also spent more than two years as the Vice President of Global Compensation for a Canadian multinational organisation before rejoining Mercer in his present leadership role in 2013.

Lewis is a partner and Career Business Leader for Mercer Singapore. Voted a Top 101 Global Employee Engagement Influencer, he is a regular contributor to publications such as the Harvard Business Review and Talent Quarterly and a speaker in the areas of people science, HR data, employee engagement and leadership.
In his commercial work, Lewis leads a team of social scientists, engineers and consultants to help clients and customers implement data-driven talent, leadership and employee engagement programmes to improve organisational performance.
Lewis has supported the development of several organisation and HR capabilities programmes, including a leading role in the development of the national HR Skills Framework in Singapore. He has deep expertise in making HR programmes relevant for C-level executives in global companies as well as facilitating senior leadership teams to help them unlock leadership effectiveness.

Ulrike is a partner at Mercer and the firm‘s Global Mobility Practice Lead for Central Europe. She joined Mercer in 2013. Ulrike is based in Hamburg.

Based in Beijing, Catherine Li is the CEO for Mercer China and CCO for MMC China.
In her 18 years with Mercer, Catherine has taken various leadership positions in managing health, retirement, investment, and HR consulting businesses. In addition, she has vast experience in consulting for large corporate clients in both US and China, especially in the financial and insurance industries.
Prior to joining Mercer, Catherine worked as a consultant for a health insurance company in US, and as a finance manager with a large SOE in Beijing.
Catherine received a MBA and a MPH (Master in Public Health) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, a MA in marketing and a BA in accounting from Beijing Technology & Business University.
Senior People Science Specialist
Vincci is a market lead for Mercer’s People Science consulting practice in the Asia-Pacific region. In this capacity, she is responsible for driving new solutions to business problems and supporting the development of HR programmes in the region.
Since joining Mercer, Vincci has led and managed employee experience programmes for a number of large multinational companies in the hospitality, energy, manufacturing and telecommunications industries. She has broad exposure to a variety of human capital work, including talent assessment, compensation and rewards, organisation culture, onboarding and exit, and leadership development. Vincci brings a significant range of analytical skills and has a strong understanding of social science research and solution design. Her ability to draw insights from real data has helped organisation leaders prioritise key business issues and performance gaps.
Vincci holds a Bachelor of Science (with honours) in psychology from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is also a Hogan Assessment-certified coach who specialises in assessing workplace personality for talent and performance prediction.

Nishant Mahajan leads Mercer’s Executive Remuneration Practice in ASEAN and he is also the leader for Growth Markets of Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Brunei. Additionally, he sits on the Remuneration Committee of Suntory Pepsico Vietnam.
Nishant has over 16 years of people strategy and remuneration consulting experience and is primarily responsible for helping ASEAN based companies, both publicly and privately owned, get the maximum return on their people and compensation spend. As part of his portfolio of clients, he has advised a large conglomerate undergoing digital transformation on redesigning pay programmes to support and drive the change, as well as a leading telecommunication company looking to incentivize its key personnel to maximize value leading up to an IPO.
Nishant regularly publishes thought leadership papers and blogs on areas including executive pay, performance management and pay equality. He also works with the Singapore Institute of Directors as a member of the Board Diversity & Appointments Committee as well as a professional development adviser, developing and running programmes aimed at training Board Directors on effectively executing their Remuneration and Nominating Committee responsibilities.
