We are passionate about ensuring our clients receive a consistently excellent standard of service from us, and we deliver this through our Darwin Technology and supporting Darwin Services. In line with this, the Service Descriptions are intended to be living documents that we expect to enhance over time. We seek to attain higher standards of delivery by continuously improving and adding to our Products and Services.

We commit that, over the life of the client’s contract, we will not withdraw any service which the client has purchased, nor will we reduce the performance commitments associated with any service as described in the Service Level Agreement. We do however reserve the right to replace any manually delivered service with an automated equivalent as we strive to maximise efficiency and quality for our clients, provided that this does not reduce the service performance commitment.
