Mercer has been named a recipient of CIO’s 2019 Digital Edge 50 Award from IDG, a technology media, data and marketing services company for its online data collection application Mercer Data Connector. This honor is bestowed upon a select group of organizations that have executed digital transformation initiatives with significant, measurable business impact. Mercer will accept its award at the AGENDA19 Conference held March 18 – 20 at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

“We are honored to be recognized for Mercer Data Connector. Digital is transforming the way organizations work. Mercer is focused on digital experiences and processes that go beyond traditional efforts.” said Gail Evans, Mercer’s Global Chief Digital Officer. “We continue to leverage technology to create innovative solutions and business models to drive efficiencies and revenue for our business. We are committed to sharing these solutions to empower our clients on their digital journeys.”

“This year’s class of Digital Edge 50 winners showcased a wide range of sophisticated projects. Some involved complete process changes for agile development and innovation, while others empowered new types of customers or employees,” said Anne McCrory, group vice president, customer experience and operations, events, and the Digital Edge and AGENDA19 conference chair. “We also saw companies taking advantage of facial recognition, blockchain and bots, and many uses of AI. Results were just outstanding.”
