Colombia court: employers must pay missing pension contributions 

Pension contributions accruing to workers in certain regions of Colombia who weren’t covered by the “ISS” social security program must be paid for by their employers, the Supreme Court ruled (Spanish).  Employers must use pension bonds to calculate and pay workers’ legal entitlement.
