Catherine is the Senior Global Mobility Manager at MACE who she joined in 2023.
She has 20 years of global mobility experience and has worked across a variety of industries from tobacco, media and construction. Catherine has led global mobility functional transformation projects, technology and policy implementation and managing regional mobility.
Catherine holds a bachelor's degree in HRM from Solent University, Southampton, England.
Director, CINDEX
Delphine Douroux is the Director of CINDEX, an association dedicated to expatriation that celebrates its 45th anniversary this year. Under her leadership, CINDEX covers various fields such as human resources, taxation, health and security. One of the founding acts of CINDEX is the "convention conjoint," which allows the accompanying partner to benefit from unpaid leave during the expatriation period. Today, CINDEX is a dynamic community of 70 companies and 500 members, gathering around themes such as disability in expatriation, mental health, flexible and innovative international mobility policies, and the security of travelers and expatriates.
Delphine has held multiple management positions at ExxonMobil; PwC, Total, Renault, and TotalEnergies. She currently serves on several boards across a variety of organizations and institutions.
Delphine holds a master’s degree in engineering from the École Centrale de Lyon, and is an executive coach.
Global Mobility & Immigration, Senior Manager, Foot Locker
Lisa leads the global mobility and immigration programme for Foot Locker, supporting all aspects of relocation, immigration, international tax and cross-border remote work. She brings deep experience, personal empathy and energy to global talent mobility. Lisa fine tunes policies, programmes and projects so that the real focus can be on the success of the people involved.
She has experience from previous roles in policy and programme consulting, global tax services, relocation management and household goods shipping. Currently based in Germany, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges and rewards of global mobility, having also worked and lived in the US, Japan and France.
Lisa has a bachelor's degree in international relations from Stanford University.
Head of Global Mobility and Travel, HelloFresh
Michali belongs to the generation of global mobility leaders who transform the Global Mobility functions and teams from being operational functions into being strategic advisors and partners to the business, who have a seat at the table and are partners for strategic decision making.
She currently leads the Global Mobility and Travel team at HelloFresh, an international tech
company with 16 offices around the world.
Michali has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and over 10 years of experience in leading high-performing Global Mobility Teams.
Head of Global Mobility, Henkel AG & Co KGaA
Marlin has more than 20 years of experience in international assignments. He worked for KPMG for more than 18 years as an international tax expert with a focus on global mobility, assisting global clients with their individual strategies and setups for assignments. During this time, he also gained experience as an expatriate in Mexico.
In 2018, he took over the position of Head of Global Mobility at Henkel AG & Co. KG aA in Düsseldorf, Germany. Since then, Marlin has been driving and developing the area of Global Mobility at Henkel with the goal of setting up a global workforce management approach, covering areas such as assignments, permanent localisations, international hires, business travellers, cross-border remote working and creating a structured approach to handling matrix positions.
Marlin has an academic background in finance and is a Certified German Tax Consultant.
Global Rewards & Mobility Director, Japan Tobacco International
Olga is a seasoned HR leader with over 16 years of experience at Japan Tobacco International, specialising in global rewards, mobility and people strategy. Currently serving as Global Rewards & Mobility Director in Geneva, she has held various roles across multiple countries, including Switzerland, Russia, the US, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine.
Her expertise spans compensation and benefits, global mobility and HR operations, with a strong focus on designing equitable and competitive global mobility programmes. Olga’s international experience and strategic mindset make her a driving force in shaping agile, people-centred HR solutions that support business success on a global scale.
Olga has a master’s degree in political science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and earned her level seven diploma in human resource management from CIPD.
Head of Global Mobility Operations, Maersk
Christina has served as Head of Global Mobility Operations at Maersk for the past 10 years. She leads a team of 17 professionals, including global mobility partners, who advise business leaders and HR colleagues on all aspects of international mobility. The team is responsible for managing Maersk’s global mobility policy suite. This includes long- and short-term assignments, permanent cross-border and internal transfers, as well as immigration-related services during and after employment. Her team handles approximately 700 new hires annually across more than 50 countries and manages mobility for employees representing over 80 nationalities.
She began her career as an engineer but transitioned into human resources in 1999. She has since held roles as HR Manager and Global HR Business Partner before moving into global mobility at Maersk headquarters in 2013.
Christina holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
Directrice Mobilité, TotalEnergies
Mette leads the Mobility department in TotalEnergies, a global Energy company with a presence in 95 countries and around 3,500 expats worldwide. With a background in talent management, HR management and organisational excellence, connecting global mobility to the business strategy is central to the ongoing transformation of the function in TotalEnergies.
She previously worked for Maersk, headquartered in Copenhagen, and has almost 20 years of experience in HR.
Mette is a Sociologist by education and studied HRM at the University of Sydney, Australia.
Head of Global Mobility Policy & Processes, Siemens Energy
Sandra brings a wealth of experience and a broad spectrum of expertise in human resources and global mobility. Her professional journey encompasses a diverse range of HR disciplines, including roles as business partner, as well as in talent acquisition, leadership & development, payroll and business account management.
She has a proven track record in international mobility and compliance, having implemented key travel compliance processes and services for a leading multinational company. In particular, Sandra played a crucial role in leading Siemens Energy's international assignment program through its spin-off, establishing and shaping the company's global mobility management (GMM) function, and developing a mobility strategy specifically designed to meet Siemens Energy's unique needs.
Senior Project Manager, Novo Nordisk
Jane has worked with Novo Nordisk for more than three decades, spending the last 22 years in global mobility where she has experience within mobility partnering, leading mobility teams and is currently working as Project Manager focusing on how to improve the user experience of Mobility.
Jane is also a subject matter expert within the area of virtual work options and the associated hub setup.
Head of Global Mobility, Demant A/S
Sonny is the Head of Global Mobility for Demant A/S, with the head office in Denmark, having previously successfully built and led the global mobility functions from the ground up at both H&M and Skanska.
His current focus at Demant is on establishing the foundational or "hygienic" aspects of global mobility, which includes creating a robust infrastructure with global service providers and developing tailored guidelines to meet Demant's specific business and workforce needs. He is also part of the implementation team for ServiceNow for global service requests and integrating it with SuccessFactors. Throughout his career at H&M and Skanska, he developed seamless mobility processes and drove effective change management, enabling organisations to adapt to the complexities of a global workforce.
Sonny believes there is no one-size-fits-all solution for global mobility support functions; strategies must evolve based on the maturity of the HR organisation and the specific business needs of each company.
Global Mobility Lead, Relocation (APJ & EMEA), Global Compliance & Expatriate Payroll, SAP
Lucie has built a solid foundation in the realm of global mobility during her 15 years with SAP, focusing extensively on compliance solutions for international business travellers.
Her role has expanded to include relocations and immigration compliance for locally hired foreigners and expatriate payroll. Leading a dedicated team of around 60 professionals, Lucie has been at the forefront of driving transformative projects aimed at setting up robust processes and implementing innovative technology solutions. This includes her active involvement in the development of a framework for the EU Posted Workers Directive, reflecting her commitment to enhancing SAP’s global mobility infrastructure. Through strategic initiatives and practical leadership, she ensures SAP’s global workforce remains agile, compliant and well-supported.
Lucie has an academic background in psychology and management of human resources.
Head of Mobility Development, Novo Nordisk
Ulrik is the Head of Mobility Development for Novo Nordisk where he has held a number of positions over the past decade.
He is an experienced global mobility leader with nearly two decades of expertise in global mobility across various industries working for the Carlsberg Group and Deloitte prior to joining Novo Nordisk. Focused on leadership, people development and executing mobility transformations that drive business success. Ulrik is known for building and leading high-performing teams, fostering talent growth and empowering individuals to excel. A strategic problem-solver adept at addressing complex business challenges through innovative mobility initiatives, global policy integration, and technology-driven solutions. Proven ability to align mobility strategies with organizational goals, delivering impactful transformations that optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and enable businesses to thrive in a competitive global landscape.
Ulrik holds a master’s degree in business administration and business law from Aalborg University.
Global Mobility Manager, Pandora
Hakkan is the Global Mobility Manager for Pandora, with over ten years of experience within global mobility. His focus is on managing Pandora’s Global Mobility function to support the company’s global workforce in alignment with its talent and business strategy.
He previously spent three years with a Danish multinational healthcare company and five years in the Big Four consultancy sector. In his current role Hakkan is focused on building a competitive and inclusive mobility programme, underpinned by a strong commitment to support Pandora’s overall goal of achieving gender parity in senior leadership by 2030 — at Vice President level and above, including the Board of Directors.
Head of Global Mobility Policy, Maersk
Mark has worked in global mobility for 20 years, both in industry and practice. He has been in his role at Maersk for two years and is fully immersed in leading a whole-scale review of their Global Mobility Policy Suite.
After starting his career as an expatriate tax specialist in the big four, he made a sideways step into global mobility business development before focusing on global mobility in-house roles from 2020 onwards.
Mark has a bachelor's degree in law from King’s College London.

Paige is the Global Mobility Policy Manager at Siemens Energy based in the UK and brings over a decade’s experience in global mobility to her role.
Throughout her career, Paige has built a reputation for her analytical abilities and her skill in navigating the complexities of international assignments. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to develop and implement effective mobility strategies that align with corporate goals. At Siemens Energy, she focuses on analysing existing policies, identifying best practices, and utilising data to improve the employee experience and helps the company maintain its competitive edge in attracting and retaining top talent worldwide.

Global Mobility Solutions Growth Leader, Mercer Marsh Benefits
David is the Global Mobility Solutions Growth Leader for Europe at Mercer Marsh Benefits, based in Luxembourg. With over 15 years of experience in both consulting and insurance, he specialises in global mobility, including international private medical insurance, international risk and pension plans, as well as global benefits solutions such as multinational pooling and the global coordination of local plans for multinational clients.
Before joining Mercer Marsh Benefits, David held senior leadership positions at Swiss Life Global Solutions, Willis Towers Watson and Maxis Global Benefits Network. In these roles, he collaborated with multinational clients and strategic partners on a variety of employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
David holds a master’s degree in risk management, finance and actuarial sciences from the French National School of Insurance (ENAss) and a bachelor’s of law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Global Mobility Practice Leader, UK&I, Mercer
Kate is a senior principal at Mercer and the firm’s Global Mobility Practice Leader for the UK and Ireland. Kate has worked in professional services organizations for over 20 years, supporting multinational clients with the management of their internationally mobile workforces. She has advised clients on a wide range of talent mobility topics including talent and mobility strategy alignment; policy and programme design and implementation; expatriate compensation and benefits; stakeholder engagement and communication; mobility function design; and technology implementation and optimization.
Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in history and English literature from the University of Melbourne, and a graduate diploma in human resource management and industrial relations from RMIT.
EMEA Mobility Technology Leader, Mercer
Frederic is a principal in Mercer’s Career business and has more than 20 years of experience in the global mobility industry. He provides clients with in-depth knowledge of Mercer’s global mobility technology, helping them determine how to get the greatest benefit from these offerings and enhance their international assignment management processes, as well as distributed workforce compliance for business travel and international remote work.
He joined Mercer in June 2012, having spent 10 years at ECA International working in a number of business development roles.
Frederic has bachelor’s degrees in marketing from Middlesex University and KEDGE Business School. He is fluent in English and French and has a basic understanding of Italian.
Senior Mobility Consultant, Mercer Switzerland
Ross is a Senior Consultant in Career for Mercer based in Switzerland. He is an experienced professional with a wealth of knowledge in dealing with the human resource and taxation issues that face corporate organisations.
He has over 25 years of HR, global mobility and tax experience working for PwC, Novartis and Deloitte across a variety of industries with a particular focus on energy, oil and gas, life sciences and financial services.
Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a diploma in legal practice both from the University of Glasgow.
Global Mobility Solutions Leader, Europe, Mercer
Mark leads Mercer Marsh Benefit’s Global Mobility Solutions teams across Europe. Before joining Mercer in 2010, Mark held senior positions at AXA PPP International and International SOS, comprising more than 25 years of international benefits experience.
Mark helps multinational companies understand, review and address the key issues facing their globally mobile employee health and risk benefit provision — primarily focused on international medical insurance, life/disability risk and medical/security assistance — with work also undertaken on multinational pooling and captive solutions.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of York.
Senior Principle - Global Mobility Practice Lead Austria & Germany, Mercer
Markus has over 15 years of global mobility experience gained in different in-house roles in various industries and at Mercer. In addition to consulting of assignees, in-house HR departments and business functions, Markus has led various strategic projects within HR and global mobility.

Brigitte is a principal in Mercer’s Career business. She is a certified lawyer and has worked at the Council of Europe, served as a tax advisor at KPMG and worked in the HR and Legal Department of a multinational company in Asia. She has more than 15 years of experience in global mobility consulting, leading several projects in the field of international assignments. Brigitte has advised clients across a wide variety of industries, focusing on assignment policy design and technical solutions.
Partner and Rewards Practice Leader Europe, Mercer
Seán is a Partner and Mercer’s Europe and UK Rewards Practice Leader, overseeing our rewards products, consulting and technology solutions across the region. Seán has 25 years’ experience in the rewards and broader human resources consulting space, including compensation (executive and workforce), engagement, communications, transformation and digital.
Prior to his European role, from 2011 to 2023, Seán led Mercer’s Southeast US People Consulting line of business, managing a team of 50 consultants, covering sales, delivery and operations across all solution areas. He was also client relationship manager for a number of key local clients.
Between 2007 and 2011 he held a Reward Advisory role with PwC, managing a variety of human resource and compensation projects for major clients across pharmaceutical, financial services and manufacturing sectors, including The Coca-Cola Company, Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Boston Scientific and Allianz Insurance. He also developed PwC’s human capital metrics offering and launched the first survey of its kind in Ireland.
Global Mobility Senior Consultant, Mercer
Phil joined Mercer in April 2023 and has over 15 years of experience in global mobility spread across consulting and in-house roles. He supports a portfolio of Mercer’s Global Mobility data and technology clients in industries such as consumer goods, energy and technology and works on advisory projects including client policy design and benchmarking.
He started his career with ECA International as a Cost of Living Data Analyst before moving into client account management and consulting. He has also been part of the EMEA Global Mobility team at Mars, led the Global IM and Reward programme for ERM and headed up Mobility for the UK and Ireland at Danone.
Phil has a bachelor's degree in human geography from the University of Leicester.
EMEA Client Solutions Leader, Mercer
Eugenia leads the Client Solutions team for Europe, the Middle East and Africa within Mercer’s Career business. Eugenia joined Mercer in 2006 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, before relocating to Warsaw, Poland, where she is currently based. Throughout her tenure at Mercer, she has held various roles in different areas and regions, including leading indirect sales for Latin America and Europe, and co-leading the Career business in Denmark for a year.
Her passion lies in tackling people challenges and engaging in cross-cultural work. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, actively committed to fostering an inclusive environment. In Poland, she has served as the executive sponsor of the D&I business resource group and held the position of Global Chair of Mercer’s Rising Professionals Network.
Eugenia holds a degree in communications from Universidad de Buenos Aires, where she also taught and conducted research in anthropology. She also has a master’s degree in marketing from Universidad de San Andrés, which included an exchange program with the Kellogg School of Management in the US.
Mobility Technology Leader, Mercer
Mike rejoined Mercer in June 2019 following 12 years away running his own manufacturing business. During that time, Mike became passionate about the positive effects of digitalization and process automation. He successfully (and in some cases, not-so-successfully!) implemented a variety of both on-site and SAAS accounting, manufacturing and sales tools. He rejoined Mercer to form part of the Mobility Technology Leadership Team, with a focus on the exciting MMP!
Senior Principal, Mercer
John has more than 30 years of experience in global mobility and compensation, including more than 10 years as a HR leader in FTSE 100 and DAX 30 companies in the engineering and energy sectors.
In these roles, he served as a global HR business partner and compensation specialist.
He has been responsible for in-house global mobility programmes, the design and implementation of international reward systems in publicly listed companies, including board, executive, sales and non-collective compensation systems.
John has a bachelor's degree in political science from Bucknell University and a master’s in international relations from Boston University.

Natalia is a Business Leader at Mercer Denmark, where she drives strategic initiatives to enhance Mercer’s portfolio of reward and global mobility solutions in the Danish market while building lasting client relationships. As an international mover, she has firsthand experience with the challenges of global mobility, providing her with a unique perspective in client engagements.
Leading a high-performing team of consultants, she navigates the complexities of the advisory landscape to ensure that Mercer remains at the forefront of industry innovation. Natalia is particularly interested in how fair pay— encompassing pay equity and pay transparency —intersects with global mobility management as organisations strive to create equitable and inclusive workplaces worldwide. Yvonne leads the Mercer Mobility business globally, working closely with Mercer’s regional mobility leaders and also leads Mercer’s European Mobility practice. In her role, she helps multinational companies resolve international assignment management issues and challenges through mobility, rewards & benefits solutions.
With more than 20 years of experience, Yvonne has been instrumental in driving and supporting Mercer geographic regions, particularly EMEA and APAC. She has played a key role in the development and design of international compensation solutions for a number of leading firms and is a regular speaker at Mercer’s international management seminars and conferences.

Gordon has 20 years of experience in global mobility for various industries and multinational blue-chip companies. He has successfully conducted HR change management and policy implementation within complex organizations.
