Including the “outs and the ins”, the number of mandates has halved. Costs, including fund management, have been cut by a third. The ESG footprint is now front and centre of thinking, particularly climate risk. These changes have been enabled through dynamic decision making by the CIO team, within a robust framework of oversight.
