- Organisation design lead for HR. Worked with the HR leadership teams across 3 regional hubs which supports 32 countries to assess the existing HR function and define the to-be conceptual HR operating model for Global integrated chemicals and energy company

- Organisation design lead for HR. Completed an in-depth as-is analyses of existing HR functions across 13 countries. Developed high-level job descriptions, functional HR KPI’s, Governance Model. Identified integration points across the Business and functions. Developed the to-be organisation structure to support 40000 employees. Developed and managed the HR baseline to achieve a $1.3M saving within the function

- Organisation design lead for HR. Worked with the CHRO, country leads and HR leads across 11 countries supporting 9000 employees to define the new HR Operating model and associated HR structures, governance models, KPI’s and key role job descriptions for Broad based multinational internet and media group

- Regional operating model lead. Responsible for the regional operating model analysis and implementation

- Head of Organisation Development. Defining, planning and execution of strategic people initiatives which included organisation design, culture, change management and wellness for large credit installment institution in South Africa and South Africa’s largest provider of loans for cars. Developed the new Group operating model in close collaboration with the Executive committee

- Transformation lead. Provided human capital leadership direction and support to advance the strategic business and people goals of the BPO project which involved a 3 way split of Finance and Credit processes in order to support the strategic initiatives for Largest brewing and bottling company in South Africa
