This report summarises the results of Mercer’s 2007/2008 survey of benefit practice in Kuwait. As part of our second Middle East survey, this report covers details of all the major benefits and perquisites in 5 companies.

Due to the low number of participants, we have supplemented the survey results with our local market knowledge to provide an insight into general market practice.
