Emily Liddle
Emily Liddle supports the Global HR Transformation Centre of Excellence at Mercer. She works with all of Mercer’s regional HR transformation leaders and local country teams to ensure the growth, scale and continuous improvement of our HR transformation services, products, client projects and thought leadership.
Emily has over 12 years of experience at the intersection of organisational development, technology infrastructure and business value creation. With a background in both external and internal digital strategy development and operational sustainability initiatives, she brings a unique understanding of internal company dynamics alongside dynamic market and customer expectations. Emily has strong business consulting experience in diverse industries such as high-tech, professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, finance and retail. This experience enables her to add significant value by distilling the complexities of today’s business realities.
Emily started her career as an HCM research analyst and consultant at Bersin & Associates. She has continued her career explicitly focused on digital HR transformation advisory work at Deloitte, Aasonn, Presence of IT and Leapgen. She has a strong track record of turning conceptual and innovative ideas into impactful and sustainable business outcomes at global scale.
In her spare time, Emily works on her dream of opening an independent wine store in Santa Fae, New Mexico.
