Private Client Services by Mercer appoints Jason Kwong as new Group Chief Operating Officer 

As Private Client Servies by Mercer (PCS) continues to grow and evolve, we are pleased to make the following leadership announcements.

With effect from April 1, 2024, Chong Choon Nean, our Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), will assume the role of Senior Advisor. Choon Nean is a highly respected leader in the HNW Insurance industry, and his vision has been instrumental in building PCS into one of most highly respected and successful organisation in insurance broking, and bespoke wealth planning solutions to HNW individuals for legacy planning. In his new role as Senior Advisor, Choon Nean’s focus will be on providing technical training and mentorship to key stakeholders across all areas of the business. This allows us to continue to lean into Choon Nean’s expertise and experience as we transition to a newly appointed Group COO. 

Jason Kwong will succeed Choon Nean as Group Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Joseph Low. Having spearheaded the operation team at PCS since 2021, Jason PCS has achieved even greater efficiencies by implementing systems that enabled greater collaboration across the firm. Jason also introduced the ground-breaking remote process (Sandbox) to overwhelming success.
