Joseph Low is the Group CEO of Private Client Services (PCS) by Mercer as well as the Company’s Board of Directors. PCS by Mercer is part of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), a S&P 500 company and is ranked the world’s No. 1 Insurance Broker by revenue.

Joseph is a recognized leader in the global high net worth insurance space and possesses over two decades of dedicated experience and currently spearheads the strategy and management for Mercer's global high net worth life insurance business.

Joseph’s journey with the firm began in 2006 when he was tasked with establishing and leading its North Asia operations as Regional Head, where he developed key strategic partnerships and drove significant market growth. His exceptional performance led to his appointment as Group CEO in 2019, where he now oversees the global platform.

Prior to joining Mercer, Joseph served as Marketing Director for Private Client Services at Zuellig Insurance Brokers in Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honors) degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
