Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) was named the leading 2021 HR priority in a June 2021 Mercer global energy survey. In fact, over half of respondents placed it in their top three. Things are definitely changing. While many energy companies have taken steps to ensure gender pay equity and more inclusive hiring practices, some are now also focusing on ensuring career equity to create more opportunities for women to advance faster and farther in the talent pipeline.
