Mercer, a global consulting leader in talent, health, retirement, and investments today announced the appointment of Xun Sun as Greater China Talent Business Leader. In this role, Mr. Sun will be responsible for leading the Greater China team of Mercer's Talent business, which integrates consulting, information, and technology to help clients deliver measurable results. He will report jointly to Susan Haberman, Talent Business Leader, Growth Markets and Jonathan Gove, Managing Director, Mercer Greater China.
Mr. Sun brings more than 15 years of corporate and consulting experience in Greater China to Mercer, with extensive expertise in the areas of organization development, operational model effectiveness, change management and innovation. His career has taken him from Nokia, to consulting firms A.T Kearney and Monitor Group, where he served as Greater China Consumer Practice Leader. Most recently, Mr. Sun founded his own management consulting firm, assisting local and international clients to formulate and execute strategies to accelerate growth and increase market competitiveness. He will be based in Beijing.

Mr. Sun holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a Master of Engineering from the China Academy of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University.
