    President Trump’s October 2017 Executive Order directed the Department of Labor (DOL) to reconsider guidance that would ease restrictions and increase the prevalence of Association Health Plans. In early January the DOL release proposed guidance that could change the landscape of Association Health Plans and the small group and individual health insurance markets.
