With succession planning and leadership development being a priority, Mercer New England will be kicking off its 2024 HR Leadership College.

This invitation-only program is complimentary for selected participants, and is designed for HR leaders who could be CHROs within the next three to five years.

To ensure each class includes the right mix of experience and talent, nominees will be invited to apply for a seat in the New England HR Leadership College Class of 2024, which kicks off September 2024. Candidate requirements are:
  • An HR leader in your organization with 10+ years of experience across total rewards, talent, HR services, business partners, and analytics. 
  • A leader who is on the CHRO path within the next three to five years. It’s important that there are similar levels of talent in the room to ensure rich conversation.
  • An individual who can commit to attending all three days in 2024.
Nominations are due by July 25, 2024 and approved participants will be notified soon after. To nominate, please complete this form with information about your nominee including their name, title, potential, and what you hope the individual will gain from this experience. Participation is complimentary; however, we require that participants commit to attending all three sessions and that you commit to attending the graduation ceremony on November 13th.
