Mercer Atlanta HR Leadership College 2025

With succession planning and leadership development being a priority, Mercer is launching the Atlanta Class of 2025 for its successful HR Leadership College program.
This invitation-only program is complimentary for selected participants, and is designed for HR leaders who are on the CHRO succession path within the next three to five years.
To ensure each class includes the right mix of experience and talent, nominees will be invited to apply for a seat in the Atlanta HR Leadership College Class of 2025, which kicks off February 2025. Candidate requirements are:

An HR leader in your organization with 7 to 10+ years of experience across total rewards, talent, HR services, business partners, and analytics.

A leader who has been identified as on the CHRO succession path within the next three to five years. It’s important that there are similar levels of talent in the room to ensure rich conversation.

An individual who can commit to attending all four days in 2025.
Nominations are due by September 16, 2024 and applications will be distributed early September. To nominate, please complete this form with information about your nominee including their name, title, potential, and what you hope the individual will gain from this experience. Participation is complimentary; however, we require that participants commit to attending all four sessions and that you commit to attending the graduation ceremony on April 22, 2025.
