As President of Mercer's Global Career business, I’m passionate about working with clients to advise, design, deliver, and implement services and tools that allow them to make more informed decisions on strategic people issues. Having been based in Australia, Singapore, Geneva and now the US, I have an extensive international background that encompasses all our Career business solutions.
In my role as Head of Strategy, I work across the breadth of Mercer’s portfolio to ensure our strategy continues to evolve in line with our clients’ needs and that Mercer maintains its position as a market-leading consulting firm and shaper of the industry.
