Adidas has used Mercers International Position Evaluation (IPE) System since 2003 to build and introduce global grades to the organisation. The grades laid the foundation for the Global Salary Management System (GSMS). In addition they also built the link to the Performance Evaluation and Planning (PEP) process.
The webcast will provide an overview of the projects adidas completed in order to develop a platform for an integrated and performance-oriented HR management. The experience of adidas will be shared through a live interview with Klaus Fischer, Global Head of Rewards at adidas.
