Are you ready to rebound? Getting your talent focused for growth (Asia Pacific)
Recorded: 19 August 2010
With growth again on the horizon, organizations face a new challenge: how to get their talent programs in sync with a business that's operating in a very different environment. The downturn's slow-growth aftermath — along with the re-emergence of critical skill shortages will require a new approach to meeting today's pressing talent demands.
Mercer's recently conducted Future of Talent Management Survey shows how employers are coming to terms with the impact of the economic downturn on talent programs. The survey also captures their expectations regarding future talent management issues and priorities.
