In Indonesia, our office was known as Corporate Resources Group from 1994 to 1998. The acquisition of the company globally in 1998 resulted currently in PT Mercer Human Resource Consulting as the new legal set-up of the Indonesian operations.


As a result of our Total Remuneration Service that has been conducted since 1994, we establish a solid database of salary market which consists of companies from various sectors of industry, such as telecommunication, chemical, consumer goods, industrial products, and various manufacturing, high tech, oil, and mining firms.


Our team of 16 employees currently partner with more than 130 organizations in Indonesia in our three practices: Human Capital, Global Information Services, and Retirement & Actuarial Consulting.
