When senior leaders are asked the lessons they’ve learned from their organizational change experiences, they often mention the lack of focus on their talent strategy, and how they wish they had addressed the issue earlier and more robustly.

- Designing a new leadership model − identifying the leadership capabilities and behaviors needed to deliver business performance in the context of the overall strategy and the competitive environment
- Advising on and supporting talent review processes, including assessment approaches, accelerated development plans, pipeline and gap management, and succession planning
- Conducting assessments of individuals and the bench, particularly for mission-critical roles, using customized assessment tools and the appropriate psychometric instruments
- Working as leadership advisors to individuals in those mission-critical roles to help them understand their assessment data, and then design, execute, and monitor their action plans
