Our four main office locations in the US and UK, additional Mercer offices in 40 countries and on-location presence of our affiliates around the world allow us to design and deliver complex solutions for global clients.

HOW WE WORK

  • Collaborate with clients throughout the process of design, development and delivery to leverage their in-house knowledge, experience, culture and values
  • Customize our solutions in a three-part combination of 1) our existing research and learning assets, 2) our clients’ existing models, tools and content and 3) new approaches and materials designed for the clients’ specific needs and goals
  • Use research generated by our own Leadership Development, Change, Strategy and HR experts as the foundation of our solutions
  • Rely on a process that is both proved and flexible – from design to delivery – in order to ensure that deliverables are on-target, on-time, and on-budget.

BACKGROUND

Mercer Leadership Development, formerly the entirety of Oliver Wyman Leadership Development, is — as of July 2012 — a division of Mercer. Mercer is the global leader for trusted HR and related financial advice, products and services.

 

The company has more than 19,000 employees serving clients in over 180 cities and 40 countries and territories worldwide.

 

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., we can also provide access to the complementary services of our sibling companies, Marsh, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman.

One of our key differentiators is our deep history of conducting and using research to benefit our clients.
