Strategic Learning and Development Survey APAC 2010

Last updated: 22 January 2010

How and to what extent do organizations in Asia-Pacific leverage learning and development interventions to translate corporate strategy into performance?

Would you like to know the answer?

Participate in Mercer College's Strategic Learning & Development Survey 2010 to find out.

While many organizations may claim that a clear line of sight exists between their business strategy and the learning solutions planned and delivered in support of that strategy, research reveals that in many companies, that is not the case. While the positive relationship between learning and performance is both intuitive and relatively well documented, it is also well known that not all learning interventions are created equal, and not all learning impacts performance in a positive way.

The questionnaire will take only 20 minutes of your time. Upon completion of the survey you will receive a complimentary report entitled Organizational Learning and Development - Dealing with Challenges to Change.

We will also send you a copy of the survey report when it is finalized.

If you have any questions about this survey or our research, please contact the project manager, Dan Mitchell or any of my Mercer College contacts across Asia Pacific.
