Africa and the Middle East Compensation and Benefits Conference

The conference is designed for companies in search for high-quality market data and a solid peer platform for exchanging and developing best HR practices in these regions. In 2009, nearly 80 HR professionals from more than 50 companies took this opportunity and met with peers with responsibilities for Africa, the Middle East or EMEA.

We are pleased to invite you to join us for the fourth annual AMECBF Conference to be held in London, UK on March 11 and 12, 2010.

While signs of economic recovery are increasingly felt in the Middle East, Africa seems now to be affected by the impact of the global recession. No matter where they are located, organisations in Africa and the Middle East – be they local, regional or multinational – must position themselves for a period of intense competition and growth, and that means they must have the right talent in place and in their talent pipelines.
