Mercer 's health & benefits experts will share the results of a new survey on health benefits with a special focus on employee choice fielded in more than 40 countries around the world.

This recent Mercer survey targeted to global HR managers in Europe, Canada, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Over 1,700 HR representatives completed the survey, giving us valuable insights on the benefit strategies that employers use in countries with different health systems and workforce demographics. This comparative data may be especially useful to employers expanding their workforce into new countries and regions.

Learn more about where and how employers are providing flexible benefits, or simply a degree of employee choice, as a means of controlling cost as well as recruiting the optimal workforce. This session will include a global overview and more detailed findings from European participants.

Why attend

As corporations extend their workforces into new countries and regions, it is essential to understand what drives attraction and retention in each area. Despite the global recession, attracting and retaining the right workforce is critical to achieving competitive advantage and profitability.
