Because so many employers participated in Mercer's 2008 National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans, the survey unit can produce custom data reports comparing the results for over 75 key questions for three groups of employer respondents that you specify.

This powerful benchmarking tool lets you compare your program cost and design features with meaningful norms, generally based on employer size, region, and industry. For example, a profile report might show key results for:

• Employers with 5,000 or more employees nationwide;
• California employers with 5,000 or more employees; or
• High-tech employers in California.
