About the course

The course is designed for HR professionals, remuneration and benefit specialists, and line executives looking to propel their career up to the next level.

This innovative course combines flexible learning through which participants complete eight units of competency, complemented by attendance at selected face-to-face workshops with Mercer College.

The Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources) is accredited by UNE Partnerships, the education and training company of the University of New England.

The course structure

Two learning streams are offered:

1. HR Business Partner
2. Reward Management

The course can be completed within 12 to 18 months. Participants are required to submit three major assessment tasks based on the learning materials provided by UNE Partnerships, through their own work experience, and complemented by attending the Mercer College workshops.
