US Change in Control Survey - 2007

Change in control severance programs are attracting increased attention from the media, shareholders, regulatory agencies and proxy advisory groups as part of the scrutiny around executive pay. As a result, many companies are examining the design of their programs and are interested to know if they are in line with market practice.
