Terms and conditions
Conference fee
: The conference fee is US$1,795.
This fee includes all workshops (other than the M&A Ready pre-conference workshop),
materials and meals at the hotel. The fee
for the optional M&A Ready Global Executive pre-conference workshop on Tuesday is
US$895.
Limited
capacity: Only a limited number of
delegate places are available for this event. Please book early to avoid
disappointment.

the conference events or to use substitute speakers.

Terms of
registration:
It is important that all delegates represent the target
audience for the conference. We reserve the right to accept registration
applications based on our determination of applicant suitability.
Booking confirmation: We will acknowledge
all bookings accepted within seven business days of receipt. Please notify the
Mercer Global
Events Registration Team if you do not receive timely confirmation.
Cancellations/substitutions:
Cancellations must
be made in writing and faxed to +1 201 284 6181 or e-mailed to GHRC.registration@mercer.com.
Cancellations received on
or by 5 November 2006 will be refunded in full.
Cancellations received from 6 November to 21 November
2006 will be refunded less a 40% administration cost.
Cancellations received on or
after 22 November 2006 and no-shows are nonrefundable.
You may substitute a colleague
for yourself before 30 November 2006 at no additional charge. All substitutes
are required to submit a revised registration form to the Mercer Global Events Registration
Team
before 30 November 2006.
