UK Pensions Knowledge courses 2006

 

Trustees now have a new statutory duty to have knowledge and
understanding of the law relating to pensions and trusts, general funding and investment principles; and to become conversant with their scheme documentation. No grace period will be granted for existing trustees – they must have attained the required standard from day one.
