Before joining Mercer in 2001, he worked for 6 years as director of the Research Institute for Labour and Social Affairs, managing the staff of fifty people. He has written several books and many articles on social and pension policy, work relations, human capital issues and impact of CR accession into the EU.
His clients include leading multinational and local companies which he partner with on resolving their different human capital issues.
Martin graduated with a master degree in sociology from Charles University in Prague and studied social and labour law at Catholic University in Leuven. He has got his doctoral degree in social and pension policy from Masaryk University in Brno.

Jean-Pierre Magot is a Partner, co-Leader of the Human Capital Advisory Services business, based in France. Paul is responsible for leading Mercer’s total rewards consulting services with clients in Europe. He is a member of the Mercer global steering group, who has responsibility for the development of intellectual capital on total rewards.
Paul has been with Mercer for 25 years and during that time has worked in benefit administration, retirement consulting, human resource consulting and client management. He has also held internal management responsibilities. Paul specialises in the design and implementation of total rewards programmes and in this respect has worked with many clients across Europe.
Paul is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute in the UK and the Irish Institute of Pensions Managers. He is also a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Alfredo Soares is a Consultant in the Human Capital Line of Business at Mercer. He is specialized in the Broad Based Performance Rewards and Executive Remuneration segments. In addition to participating in Compensation Policies international projects and in restructuring / downsizing implementation projects, he has also worked in different business sectors like Insurance, Consumer Goods, Transports, Retail and Information Technology.
He started his professional activity in the finance department of markets and studies of Espírito Santo Bank, and after that he went to an insurance company – Tranquilidade Vida, where he worked as an actuarial, later he performed the financial analyst function in Millenium BCP Bank. He participated in implementation projects of value-at-risk, risk management and FAS33.

Benjamin Sada is the leader of the compensation segments (Broad Based Performance & Rewards and Executive Remuneration) for Spain. He joined Mercer's Spanish Human Capital business in 2007.
Benjamin spent six years in Mercer's Philadelphia office where he was involved in the development of compensation and performance strategies for national and international clients in several industries including communications, financial services, technology, energy, pharmaceutical and healthcare.
Benjamin joined Mercer Mexico in 2000 and transferred to Mercer US in 2002. Prior to joining Mercer he worked for the Retirement Savings System (SAR - Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro) in CONSAR Mexico where he coordinated the development and implementation of the “Risk Analysis System”.

Besides regular assignments in his career, he had some additional responsibilities in systems development and project management areas.
