The authors of the Play to Your Strengths accepted an opportunity with Microsoft to conduct a web cast on the subject of "Measuring and Managing Human Capital". The web cast held on 8 April 2004, featured Mercer Human Resource Consulting's own Haig Nalbantian (left) and Rick Guzzo (right).
The Microsoft team was very impressed with the presentation delivery and shared very positive feedback with regard to Haig and Rick's mastery of the Live Meeting service and excellent response to verbal and written questions on the subject matter posed throughout the duration of the web cast.
The event statistics showed that there were 435 registrants (no duplicates) and 167 unique attendees. Attendee response to the event was positive. Highlights polled from the survey:
