This report summarises the results of Mercer’s 2007/2008 survey of benefit practice in Israel. As part of our second Middle East survey, this report covers details of all major benefits and perquisites in 5 companies.

Due to the low number of participants, we have supplemented the results with our local market knowledge. This was the first survey of its type in Israel and we hope that more companies will participate in the future.
