The Mercer Benchmark Database allows you to generate statistics for multiple data elements and markets in a variety of ways including:

• Base salary, incentive and total direct compensation by position

• Analyses by industry, geography, metropolitan area, revenue/sales and total employment

• Long-term incentive prevalence and valuation information

• Data from more than 680 organizations

By combining these surveys into a single PayMonitor release, clients have the ability to harness the power of the tool to:

• Blend positions across 690 benchmarks

• Create and/or run a single report template across positions

• Compare their organization's data to market data across survey modules

• Export results from a wide array of positions at one time

Delivered online via PayMonitor in one database, users can select positions from one functional area or multiple functional areas to generate statistics. To ensure confidence in the quality of the data, a complete list of Mercer Benchmark Database participants is provided.

Mercer Benchmark Database

Participants may purchase individual modules of the Mercer Benchmark Database at the participant rate. The full Mercer Benchmark Database may be purchased by participants for $4,800.

Non-Participants may purchase individual modules of the Mercer Benchmark Database at the non-participant rate. The full Mercer Benchmark Database may be purchased by non-participants for $14,400.

Note:
Purchase of the entire US Mercer Benchmark Database (MBD) allows additional users to access MBD through PayMonitor @ $500 per person.
