We invite you to participate in the Mercer 2009 EMEA Compensation Management survey.
Why this survey?
In any economic climate organisations need to effectively manage what is probably their greatest expense: staff compensation. In today’s challenging economic times, there is even greater scrutiny on the control of this investment and greater expectation that organisations get better value for money.
Mercer's survey:
1. Focuses on systems and factors that determine optimal compensation governance in EMEA.
2. Is key for benchmark data on market compensation practices and a guide for implementing high value change.
What will we deliver?
The report and related optional analysis will provide you with benchmarks around:
-
Design - are the base pay and variable pay programmes aligned to your talent needs and deliver the value required?
-
Process - your access to market data and your ability to derive the insights you need to manage compensation.
-
Technology - does your technology support your needs to plan and model compensation and facilitate manager decision-making?
Who should participate?
Any organisation that feels that it could be more effective in its distribution of compensation and more efficient in the way it does it.
Size, structure, sector and location are immaterial as the data will be analysed by these factors.
None of the questions requires researched answers and most are limited to options from a list that could be answered by the head of HR in smaller companies, the head of compensation in medium-sized businesses and a delegated compensation role in the largest organisations.
|
This should take between 1 to 2 hours to complete, depending on how well you know your organisation and how well structured your compensation arrangements are. The survey can be completed as modules and each session could take 5 to 20 minutes.
